An important message! We are Redback Surf & Snow. We are located at Narrabeen. We make Clothing, Headgear, Snowboards, Skateboards & Accessories. We DO NOT make soft foam boards or surfmats.
We are sick of getting complaints about these products that
wrongly proclaim they come from Redback Narrabeen.
If you have been deceived into believing we make these products
please contact Australian Competition and Consumer Commission
(ACCC) on 1300 302 502 and explain your
predicament.

We have tried a number of times to complain about this issue, but it needs to come from YOU the consumer. So please, help us keep our sanity, protect our good name and force these people (Landandsea Pty Ltd) to cease advertising that they are Redback Narrabeen, as they are NOT!
It is bad enough that the same company illegally used our
trademark on thousands of skateboards and now refuses to pay any
compensation, knowing full well the costs invloved to us to take
the matter to the courts. But we intend to keep fighting until
someone listens.
And remember, if you haven't bought it from us, then it isn't a genuine Redback Surf & Snow product.
Is it fair that we have to spend thousands of dollars to fight for what is legally ours? No it's not. So if you come across an illegal Redback Skateboard being offered for sale by Landandsea, please let us know. If it doesnt have our web address on it, it is not genuine! If you are a retail outle stocking these illegal products, you will also be held accountable!Large corporations think they can laugh in the face of the law and tread all over small businesses. Help us to make these people stand up and pay for their blatant trademark infringements. Support your local label!
